Fantastic stay, great services!

I enjoyed the variety of fresh food. Everything tasted delicious. Staff members were always attentive, getting drinks and clearing plates. It was much appreciated. The pool area had plenty of sunbeds. More sunbeds were available near the beach. The pools and surrounding areas were cleaned every morning. It was really nice to see.
The single bottle of water in the room upon arrival was good, but it would have been nice to have it topped up daily. It wasn't a big deal. though!

The room was spacious and very clean. The shower was always hot, which I loved! Maids created lovely patterns with the bedding and cute animals. These creations always put a smile on my face.

Many staff members greeted us with a smile, asking about our day. This. Staff were friendly, including cleaners, chefs, kitchen staff, reception, the entertainment team, waiters and bar staff. They were great.

I enjoyed the little dishes cooked and plated in front of guests. Staff were attentive, coming over for drinks and cleaning plates. I got to try a little bit of everything. There was so much to choose from in terms of food and drinks.

The hotel had a golf cart shuttle for transport to rooms or the beach. The pool area had plenty of space for sunbeds. Gardens around the hotel were maintained to a very high standard, which looked great at night.

I appreciated the spaciousness of the Family Room. It accommodated my family very comfortably and the beds were very comfy. The pool area provided ample sunbeds, ensuring relaxation. Pools and surrounding areas received daily cleaning, ensuring hygiene. The food selection was excellent, offering variety and freshness!
The gym had limited equipment.

The resort was very clean. The rooms were promptly cleaned, and the hotel grounds were beautifully kept. The food was pretty good, and a lot of options were always available. The swimming pools were clean, and there was plenty of space (I never felt too crowded).
The entertainment was not great at all and didn't start until late every night. Most people were super tired when it was about to start. The shop in the hotel was charging too much for basic things. I paid a lot for some SHEIN bikinis that would have cost much less at the store.
